01Introduction & General Information

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between users of the pk l (pkl.best) platform and the authority operating pk l. By accessing pkl.best via the website or mobile version, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

Pk l is an international online gaming platform licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Commission. Our goal is to provide users in Bangladesh with a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience.

02Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register with pk l and use our services, all of the following conditions must be met:

03Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your pk l account. Never share your login credentials — username or password — with anyone.

Account Ownership

• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets or playing games using someone else's account is prohibited.
• Pk l reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account where unusual activity is detected.

Password & Security

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account is strongly recommended.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact pk l Support immediately.

04Payment & Transaction Policy

Pk l supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. Full details of our payment terms are outlined below:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳50.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• After a deposit, your account balance is typically updated within 2–5 minutes.
• If a deposit fails and funds have been deducted from your mobile banking account, the amount will be automatically refunded within 3 business days.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Pk l complies with anti-money laundering policies. Unusually large withdrawal requests will not be processed without additional verification.

05Betting Rules & Regulations

Please read these rules carefully before placing bets on pk l. Violations may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.

Bet Validity

• Once a bet is placed, it is considered final. Bets cannot be cancelled unless a technical error has occurred.
• Pre-match betting closes once a match has kicked off. Any bet accepted due to a system error after this point will be considered void.
• Any attempt to exploit odds changes or take advantage of system vulnerabilities will result in account suspension.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If a match is cancelled or does not take place, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned mid-game and no result is determined, the bet will be considered void.
• If odds are determined based on incorrect information, pk l reserves the right to void the bet in question.

Live Betting Special Rules

• Odds change rapidly in live betting. Always verify the odds before confirming your bet.
• If live odds change due to network delays, pk l will apply the last valid odds recorded.

06Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Pk l offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, each available subject to specific terms and conditions.

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been completed.
• Each user may use each promotional offer once only.
• Pk l reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if suspicious bonus abuse is detected.
• Voucher codes must be used within their validity period. Expired codes will not be accepted.

07Responsible Gaming Policy

• You can set your own daily, weekly, and monthly spending limits.
• You can temporarily suspend your account for any period of your choosing.

11Limitation of Liability

Pk l is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses incurred during live betting due to internet disconnection.
• Sharing your password may result in unauthorised access to your account.
• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled technical maintenance.
• Transaction delays may occur due to third-party payment gateways.

12Account Closure or Suspension

Pk l may temporarily or permanently suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information or failing to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Court order or government directive.
